Responsibilities and assignments Resolve service problems with transport providers and terminals and apply sanctions; Verify SLA performed by the Gerenciadora de Risco and demand actions from the carrier; Monitor and control unstuffing, shortages, and damages together with the terminal; Follow up on stuffing processes (unitization package) together with the terminals; Opening of RNC in AS Quality for recording improvements; Issue electronic transport documents according to the type of operation; Perform scheduling at Port Terminals and Airports; Monitor and follow up on road and terminal operations with customers; Forward documents to carriers to perform loading; Analyze documentation received from customs brokers, exporters, or shippers in order to check if it is in accordance with the operation and current legislation; Receive documents from customs brokers, exporters, or shippers and check if they are in accordance with the operation and current legislation; Control the return of empty and damaged containers; Request booking (space reservation on the ship) from the carrier for cabotage shipments; Request shipment confirmation from the carrier in cabotage shipments; Inform the customer of the estimated arrival of the ship at the port of destination; Request payment of eventual transport expenses with the finance team.
Requirements and qualifications Education: Completed Technical Education in Comercio Exterior or related areas Experience: Not required Language: Basic English Desirable experience in NVOCC companies Desirable experience in Freight Forwarder companies Desirable knowledge of the CargoWise program Desirable notions of maritime, air, and road operations Desirable experience in International Logistics companies, comercio exterior, or freight forwarders Desirable Experience with international freight forwarding Desirable knowledge of international freight
