Quantity Surveyor (EPCC Contruction)

Responsibilities: ·        To assist in contract administration, budget control, prepare progress claims and liaise with the Client’s representative on claims and variation costs; ·        Call quotations, evaluation of price comparison and prepare bill of quantities for tender submission ·        To review and verify the Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s claims and prepare payment certificates ·        To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting ·        Monitor project income expenditure Requirement: .        Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines ·        Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in built environment ·        Reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills ·        Good technical and contractual knowledge with high integrity and work ethic ·        Good command of spoken and written English ·        Be adaptable and able to work independently ·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office ·        Remuneration will commensurate with experience
