Responsibilities Draft and proofread legal documents in English and Mandarin Communicate effectively with clients in English and Mandarin Conduct legal research Assist with marketing and business development initiatives Provide administrative support for matter management and general office operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Apply strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships Prioritize and multitask effectively while maintaining high-quality work standards under pressure Utilize good organizational skills to manage workload and deadlines efficiently Exhibit self-motivation by taking instructions proactively and seeking guidance when necessary
