Job Summary
A corporate relationship manager manages and grows high-value portfolios for business and institutional clients, acting as the primary point of contact for financial, lending, and advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business origination and deepen existing client relationships to increase wallet share and portfolio value
- Manage a designated portfolio of corporate accounts by monitoring financial performance and mitigating credit and operational risks
- Identify and propose financing, lending (bilateral and syndicated), trade finance, cash management, and treasury solutions to meet client needs
- Prepare detailed credit proposals, conduct financial evaluations, and perform annual portfolio reviews aligned with risk policies
- Collaborate with product specialists, risk teams, and legal departments to ensure smooth execution of financial transactions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience of 3 to 5 years in corporate banking, relationship coverage, or financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Strong credit writing, financial modeling, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of corporate finance products and industry-specific market trends
