QA TECHNICIAN (METROLOGY)

1. Metrology Program Deveopment and Measurement Support

1.1 Creat and maintain profile projector inspector programs according to engineering drawings and product spectifications for mass production quality control 1.2 Support engineers with dimensional measurement requests for mechanical parts, plastic parts, metal parts, and assemblies using profile projector and CMM.

1. PPAP Measurement and Statistical analysis support

2.1 Perform dimensional measurement of KC pre-serie production using CMM, Profile projector, and conventional measurement equipment in order to collect dimensional data for process capability studies (Cp/Cpk) and Measurement system analysis (MSA/Gage R&R) studies. 2.2 Support any others request from engineer to support rootcause analysis by dimensional inspector

3.1 Carry out activities as command level informed.

Qualifications: Diploma/Vocational Certificate/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering Minimum 1-3 years ass QA Can use the basic measurement device Basic in Microsoft Office
