Recruitment Consultant

Your tasks

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to manage recruitment assignments from sourcing to successful placement. Beyond recruitment, you will have the opportunity to contribute to business development and play an active role in growing the business.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening and candidate placement.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback and manage job offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and candidates.
• Identify new clients and explore business development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and manage multiple vacancies effectively.

Requirements

• Recruitment or employment agency experience preferred.
• Able to manage recruitment assignments independently.
• Confident in engaging clients and candidates.
• Proactive, organized and strong in follow-ups.
• Commercially minded, with an entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.
