Procurement & Logistic Officer

• Assist in the procurement and sourcing of goods and services, including requesting quotations, issuing purchase orders, and following up with vendors • Coordinate logistics, such as product delivery, tracking shipment status, and scheduling appointments • Record and verify procurement and logistics data for accuracy • Prepare and verify documents related to procurement and transportation • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics service providers, and internal departments • Assist in resolving basic problems related to procurement and logistics

Qualifications: Age not exceeding 30 years old Bachelor's degree or High Vocational Certificate in a related field Basic English skills, able to communicate and write emails Basic knowledge of procurement and logistics processes Proficient in using Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to solve immediate problems Communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Ready to learn new things and highly adaptable Good personality, enthusiastic, and able to work in a team Able to travel abroad
