Assistant Electrical Technician

Job Summary : The Assistant Electrical Technician is responsible for supporting senior electricians or electrical technicians in installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various electrical systems, wiring, and equipment. The role ensures that all electrical works comply with safety standards and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities : o Assist in Maintenance: Help perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. o Wiring & Installation: Assist in installing conduits, wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, and circuit breakers. o Troubleshooting Support: Help identify and diagnose basic electrical faults using testing tools like multi-meters. o Tool Handling & Preparation: Prepare, handle, and maintain hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and efficiently. o Blueprint Reading: Assist in reading and interpreting basic technical diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals. o Site Cleanup: Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards before and after completing tasks. o Safety Compliance: Strictly follow company safety protocols, regulations, and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Requirements
