Educator

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and effective lessons for Nursery and Primary School pupils. Create a safe, inclusive, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and positive behaviour. Support pupils’ academic, social, emotional, and intellectual development through effective teaching and appropriate learning activities. Assess pupils’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning needs. Maintain effective classroom management and communicate professionally with parents, colleagues, and school management. Participate actively in school activities, meetings, training programmes, and other professional development initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum of a NCE in Education or a related field. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Passion for teaching and child development. Creative, patient, and organized.
