Waiter/Waitress
Seasonal Position: April – October 2027 Applicants must be legally authorised to work in Ireland for the duration of the position. Accommodation assistance is provided for the duration of the seasonal contract.
We are seeking an experienced and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our hospitality team within a prestigious private members’ golf club. You will provide a consistently high standard of service to our members and their guests across our dining and bar areas.
The role requires someone who is confident delivering refined table service, has a strong knowledge of food and beverages, and understands the standards and attention to detail expected within a high-end hospitality environment.
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or a high-end private members’ environment
- Proven experience in both restaurant and bar service
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits and cocktails
- Confident delivering polished, attentive and discreet service to members and guests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immaculate personal presentation and a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to high service standards
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide a personalised service
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-end environment while maintaining consistently high standards
- Reliable, well-organised and a strong team player
We are particularly interested in candidates with substantial, proven experience in fine dining and premium bar service.
