Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with Japan HQ in Japanese and English .
- Translate routine emails, documents and instructions between Japanese and English.
- Prepare and manage reports, forms, presentations and other documents.
- Maintain proper filing, records and document control.
- Coordinate meetings, administrative matters and follow-ups.
- Provide general administrative support to management and the office.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- 2–3 years of administrative or coordination experience preferred.
- Good written and spoken Japanese and English .
- Able to understand Japanese business correspondence and documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting a Japanese company or working with Japan HQ is an advantage.
