Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding and offboarding. Prepare employment and HR-related documents. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and claims. Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations. Assist with payroll preparation and HR administration. Coordinate employee orientation, training and engagement activities. Manage office administration, supplies, vendors and company records. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of HR and administrative experience. Familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations. Experience with Whyze HRIS is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently and as part of a team.
