Job Summary Take overall responsibility for delivering safe, high-quality Interim Caregiver Services (ICS) at clients’ homes, supervising and guiding caregivers, and coordinating care with social workers, nurses, and families. Responsibilities Ensure the safety and quality of ICS services delivered to clients in their homes by implementing and monitoring care standards Supervise and provide guidance to Interim Caregivers (Nursing Aides) to maintain high performance and competency Monitor and evaluate Nursing Aides’ skills and competencies to ensure effective care delivery Conduct care assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to client needs Provide training and ongoing support to Interim Caregivers to enhance their caregiving skills Liaise effectively with Social Workers, Nurses, and client families to coordinate and adjust care requirements Required competencies and certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as a Staff Nurse
