Sales Representative (m/f/d) for a specialized, internationally active trading company

On behalf of our client, as part of our placement-oriented temporary employment services, we are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) for a specialized, internationally active trading company at the Willich location.

Your Tasks

• Support of existing national and international customers as well as sustainable expansion of business relationships
• Processing of customer inquiries as well as creation, calculation, and follow-up of offers
• Sales support for orders in the field of technical spare parts and components
• Coordination and monitoring of order processing from inquiry to delivery
• Coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal contact persons
• Maintenance of customer, offer, and order data as well as support with sales-related evaluations
• Identification of additional sales potential with existing and new customers

Your Profile

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in sales or sales back office
• Experience in trading technical products, components, or spare parts is an advantage
• Good English skills in speaking and writing for communication with international business partners
• Confident handling of common MS-Office applications as well as ideally experience with an ERP or CRM system
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
