Sales Representative (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) at the Willich location as part of our placement-oriented temporary staffing services.

Your Tasks

• Active support and further development of existing customer relationships as well as acquisition of new customers
• Creation, calculation, and follow-up of offers until successful contract conclusion
• Independent processing of customer inquiries as well as order coordination in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Conducting price and contract negotiations within the framework of defined competencies
• Maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships as well as ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Creation of sales analyses, reports, and market observations
• Maintenance and administration of customer and sales data in the CRM system
• Close cooperation with the purchasing, logistics, and order processing departments

Your Profile

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in sales or sales back office
• Good to very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of common MS-Office applications as well as ideally experience with ERP or CRM systems
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident appearance
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• High customer orientation, teamwork skills, and organizational talent
