On behalf of our client, as part of our placement-oriented temporary staffing services, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) with Spanish skills at the Düsseldorf location.

Your Tasks
- Comprehensive support and consultation for international existing customers, especially in Spanish-speaking regions
- Creation, follow-up, and coordination of offers as well as independent processing of customer orders
- Close cooperation with field sales, production, and logistics to ensure smooth order processing
- Communication with customers regarding prices, delivery dates, product availability, and technical inquiries
- Maintenance and updating of customer and order data in the ERP or CRM system
- Support in processing complaints as well as in clarifying delivery and billing issues
- Participation in the further development of sales processes and customer relationships
Your Profile
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on sales, wholesale and foreign trade, or industry
- Several years of professional experience in inside sales, preferably in the fields of paper, film, or chemicals
- Spanish skills at least very good to native level
- Good to very good English skills in speaking and writing
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Strong communication skills, service orientation, and enjoyment of international customer contact
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
