Education Consultant

Your tasks

• Promote and recommend academic programmes based on prospective students' educational and career aspirations.
• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive course consultations, explaining programme structures, admission requirements, fees, funding options, and career pathways.
• Follow up proactively with prospective students to convert leads into confirmed enrolments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
• Guide applicants through the entire admissions and enrolment process.
• Ensure all required documentation is accurately collected, verified, and submitted.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrolment activities within CRM and student management systems.
• Achieve individual and team enrolment targets through effective sales and recruitment strategies.
• Represent Ascensus Institute at education fairs, roadshows, seminars, open houses, and marketing events.
• Support lead generation, marketing campaigns, and student recruitment initiatives.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless student experience from enquiry to enrolment.
• Stay updated on programme offerings, industry developments, and market trends.
• Uphold the institute's professional image and commitment to student success.

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of academic qualifications.
• Experience in sales, business development, student recruitment, education consultancy, or customer service is an advantage.
• Proven passion for sales with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
