Automation Developer (UiPath & AI Automation)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Automation Developer with strong expertise in UiPath RPA development and a keen interest in next-generation AI-powered automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise automation solutions using UiPath, along with working knowledge of Python and emerging AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies. This role will play a key part in driving our transformation from traditional process automation to intelligent, AI-enabled automation solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization. Build and maintain reusable automation components, workflows, and frameworks. Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms. Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions. Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing RPA implementations. Explore, prototype, and implement AI-driven automation use cases leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI frameworks. Develop automation workflows that combine RPA capabilities with AI technologies such as document understanding, conversational AI, knowledge retrieval, and intelligent decision-making. Contribute to the organization's AI automation roadmap and identify opportunities to improve productivity through emerging technologies. Ensure adherence to automation governance, security, and development best practices. Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications in UiPath, Automation, AI, or Cloud technologies are highly preferred. Core RPA Skills 3+ years of experience in UiPath development. Strong hands-on experience with:

UiPath Studio UiPath Orchestrator REFramework Document Understanding Attended and Unattended Bots Queue and Transaction Processing Experience integrating UiPath with APIs, databases, ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and automation best practices. Programming Skills Working knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, and AI integrations. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and data processing techniques. Experience with Git version control and CI/CD practices is advantageous.
