We are hiring on behalf of a well-established training and education provider in Singapore and are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join their growing sales team as Education Consultants.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through roadshows, events and assigned locations
- Understand customers' learning and upskilling needs
- Recommend suitable training courses and programmes
- Provide clear information on courses, subsidies and enrolment processes
- Follow up with interested customers and support their enrolment
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable approaching new people
- Sales-driven and motivated by targets and incentives
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales, retail, roadshow, events or customer service experience is an advantage
- No relevant experience required; training will be provided
