Technical Office Architect

Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings and technical submittals in alignment with project specifications and timelines.

Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless integration of architectural elements.

Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare bill of quantities for architectural works.

Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain technical data, samples, and approvals for architectural materials.

Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely submission of deliverables and adherence to project schedules.

Assist in value engineering processes to optimize design solutions and reduce costs without compromising quality.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including reports, logs, and records related to architectural activities.

Support site teams by providing technical guidance and resolving on-site architectural challenges.

Ensure all architectural work complies with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

3 to 6 years of relevant experience in a technical office or architectural engineering role within the construction industry.

Proven experience in preparing and reviewing architectural shop drawings and technical submittals.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.

Ability to interpret and analyze architectural drawings and specifications.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
