Previous experience as a sales , Sales Team Leader, Senior Sales, or Sales Supervisor , preferably in the Real Estate industry .

Solid experience in Real Estate Sales and a good understanding of the real estate sales cycle.

Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams and achieving sales targets.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and managing leads and follow-ups.

Strong Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, and Sales skills .

Ability to analyze Sales Performance and KPIs .

Strong leadership personality with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Preferably residing in 6th of October or Giza .
