House Keeping Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained according to hospital standards and infection control policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of patient rooms, public areas, offices, and other facilities.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Prepare and manage housekeeping schedules and duty rosters.
- Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for corrective actions.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning materials and request replenishment when needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, infection control, and environmental regulations.
- Investigate and resolve housekeeping-related complaints promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Previous healthcare or hospital experience is preferred.
