About the role We are hiring a SOCC Lead (Service Operations Control Centre) for a managed IT infrastructure and security services engagement supporting a public sector organisation in Singapore. This is an on-site role supporting a 24x7 operational environment.
- Manage centralised monitoring, coordination and control of IT operations
- Ensure timely detection of operational incidents
- Single point of operational control
- Lead shift-based operational teams
Requirements
What you will bring
- 5+ years IT operations/infrastructure monitoring; 2+ years lead in SOCC or equivalent
- IT operations monitoring
- Incident management
- Escalation management
- Shift scheduling
- AI-assisted monitoring tools
- Automation/runbook automation
Qualifications & certifications
- Degree in CS/IT or related
- ITIL preferred
