About the role We are hiring a Service Delivery Lead (Managed Services) for a managed IT infrastructure and security services engagement supporting a public sector organisation in Singapore. This is an on-site role supporting a 24x7 operational environment.
- Oversee non-security infrastructure team
- Manage day-to-day operations (incidents, changes, SRs)
- Monitor SLA/KPI performance
- Effort estimation
- Leverage AI/automation tools for service delivery
Requirements
What you will bring
- 8+ years IT Service Management; 5+ years team lead in managed services
- ITSM operations
- SLA management
- Team leadership
- AI-assisted incident management
- Automation tools
- Azure technology
Qualifications & certifications
- Degree in CS/IT or related
- ITIL preferred
