Engineering Lead

We're looking to hire a top engineering manager who has worked in the Healthcare and Crypto markets - full stack development, with a strong focus on front end engineering.

This role requires a deep knowledge of AI augmented engineering with strong focus on agentic flows (harness, models, automation), leading a remote team of engineers in Serbia. This requires flexible working conditions and excellent command of English due to the remote team language constraints (if you speak Serbian this would really really help!).

The project is in the healthcare sector, building out a platform that is cutting edge and greenfield. We expect long hours due to the time differences but flexible working hours to compensate.

You will have spent 15 years s/w engineering, with data driven systems, strong front end capability (hands on coding in React, Vue, Svelte etc), with strong fundamentals in AI engineering (Claude, Codex, Omp, Pi, Opencode, Hermes, DeepSeek Harness etc). You will be a technical expert and comfortable driving CI/CD agenda - hands on, you know your way around spawning 100s of agents to build at lightspeed!!!
