Introduction

Do you want to start working as a warehouse worker? You can do that at Arvato! What are you going to do? Before you start working, you will receive a tour of the company. After that, you can get started immediately. Depending on how busy it is, you will be scheduled in a department where help is needed. Therefore, your tasks may vary. It is important that you are flexible and open to new things. Depending on the department where you start, you will work with packing, scanning, processing returns, sorting, or labeling. Your tasks may include:

• Picking products at the pick line
• Packing products into boxes
• Scanning items
• Applying stickers for customer or country
• Checking orders
• Sorting boxes and placing them on pallets

What are the working hours?

You work from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 19:00. During busy periods, you may also be scheduled on the weekend.

Who are you?

• You have a positive and enthusiastic work attitude
• You speak English at a minimum B2 level
• You enjoy working in a team
• You work accurately and pay attention to details
• You are available full-time
• You are flexible in working hours
• You do not mind doing physical work
• Experience in logistics is a plus, but not a requirement
• You enjoy working in an international team

It may be necessary to take public transport to the introduction. The amount you pay for this will be reimbursed by us. You must keep the receipts for this. After the introduction, we will arrange transport to the work.

What will you receive?

Within Arvato, there are plenty of opportunities to grow. For example, you can become a trainer or team leader. Everyone starts with a gross hourly wage of €14.99. This salary can increase as you gain more experience. Additionally, you will receive extra allowances if you work between:

• 19:00 - 24:00: 135%
• 24:00 - 06:00: 145%
• 06:00 - 07:00: 135%
