Job Description

As Senior Manager Finance Reporting & Data (m/f/x), you will take on a key role in the nerve center of Arvato Finance International. In this global function, you will actively shape the financial steering and decision-making bases of the entire corporate group. You will act as a strategic sparring partner for top management and report directly to the Head of Group Finance at the headquarters in Gütersloh. At the same time, you will lead a small, highly qualified team and significantly drive the further development of reporting, data, and steering models.

Your Tasks

• Design of Group steering logic: Further development and harmonization of the Management Reporting Framework as well as central KPI and data models
• Driver of Finance Transformation: Supporting the digitalization and standardization of controlling, planning, and forecast processes
• Central contact point for reporting requirements: Steering and implementation of new requirements in close cooperation with IT, BI, and Data teams
• Analysis & Management Insights: Deriving decision-relevant insights for top management as well as ensuring data quality and consistency
• International roll-out of standards: Integration of new companies into the Group reporting logic and ensuring uniform steering principles
• Leadership & Enabling: Functional and disciplinary management of a small team as well as promoting best practices and knowledge transfer

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Economics, or comparable
• Several years of experience in the field of Management Reporting, Controlling, or Finance Transformation, ideally in consulting
• Sound knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI) as well as Data & Analytics
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking
• Ability to prepare complex matters in an understandable way
• Very good English skills
