Job Description ARUNI BALI Jimbaran Boutique Villa is looking for a Spa Supervisor to lead our Spa & Wellness operation and deliver a professional, personalized, and memorable experience for our guests. As a Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating therapists, maintaining service standards, and supporting the development of our Spa & Wellness business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Spa & Wellness operations
- Supervise and coordinate spa therapists and treatment schedules
- Handle guest bookings, inquiries, and feedback
- Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Monitor treatment quality and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with independent therapists and manage revenue-sharing arrangements
- Work closely with Front Office and other departments
- Support spa promotions and revenue-generating initiatives
- Assist management in improving spa services and operations
Requirements -Female, maximum 35 years old -Minimum 2 years of experience in Spa & Wellness supervision -Hands-on experience in massage and body treatments -Familiar with spa operations and booking systems -Strong communication and leadership skills -Good team coordination and problem-solving abilities -Able to work independently and manage therapists professionally -Service-oriented, responsible, and well-organized -Good command of English is preferred -What We Offer -Competitive Salary -Service Charge -Staff Meal -Staff Accommodation for candidates from outside Bali -Career development opportunities -Opportunity to grow with a developing Spa & Wellness operation
