Your tasks

Your main missions are

• Management of proofs and packaging compliance: control packaging proofs and plans against technical and regulatory client requirements. Follow the complete approval process of proofs (BAT) until final validation.
• Master Data management: administer the product catalog in the ERP: creation, modification, and archiving of article codes, recipes, and bills of materials. Structure and update the associated technical documentation in French and English.
• Inter-departmental coordination and flow management: coordinate the launch of new packaging with Sales Administration (ADV), Procurement, Quality, and Production. Ensure compliance with manufacturing deadlines and oversee the depletion or destruction of obsolete references. Act as an information relay for Sales Administration (ADV) to streamline deliveries and invoicing.

Requirements

With a background from High School to Associate Degree (BAC to BAC+2), you master IT tools (Pack Office...). Knowledge of an ERP SAP would be a plus. You are rigorous, organized, and autonomous. You possess good integration, adaptation, and communication skills. Mastery of English (Oral, written, reading) is imperative.
