Receptionist M/F

Artus Intérim & Solutions RH is looking for a receptionist M/F for its client, a 4* hotel establishment.

You will join a dynamic and committed team where customer satisfaction is paramount.

You will perform the following tasks:

• Perform check in / check out
• Manage reservations and cancellations
• Inform customers about the establishment's services and local activities
• Ensure coordination with other hotel departments to optimize the customer experience

Afternoon hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM 2 consecutive weekly rest days

Ideally from a hotel management background.

English: read, written, spoken. You have 2 years of similar experience.
