TRILINGUAL CUSTOMER ADVISOR M/F

ARTUS INTERIM TOURS is looking for a trilingual customer advisor M/F for an industry specializing in the manufacture of medical equipment.

Your main missions are:

• manage the availability, collection, provision, and scheduling of demonstration equipment assignments to customers
• ensure a high-quality telephone and/or email response to various customer calls
• maintain the demonstration products database up to date
• coordinate with the transport department the collection and reattribution of equipment
• record, transmit, and propose a resolution to complaints with the relevant department.

Hours: contract from Monday to Friday, 35h.

Salary: between 14EUR and 16EUR/h gross

Remuneration benefits: 10% End of Mission Indemnity + 10% Paid Leave

You have prior experience in a similar position. You speak English fluently and another language (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese...).

You have a good mastery of IT tools (excel, word, ERP...).

You are rigorous and organized.
