Production Quality Technician M/F

Your tasks

ARTUS INTERIM Châtellerault is looking for a Production Quality Technician for a company in the Industry sector as part of a temporary mission to start on January 1st, 2027. Reporting to the Production Quality Manager, you will ensure product quality monitoring and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

In this capacity, your main missions will be:

• Perform process and product audits, write associated reports, and follow up on action plans.
• Update quality documents, AMDEC, and quality monitoring plans.
• Participate in the resolution of quality problems and lead continuous improvement processes (Kaizen, 8D, 5 Whys...).
• Analyze quality and production indicators, particularly scraps and FTQ.
• Ensure the follow-up of non-conformities and internal deviations.
• Participate in customer, internal, and external audits.
• Ensure part compliance and adherence to quality procedures on production lines.
• Alert in case of quality drift and contribute to securing products intended for customers.

Requirements

You hold a Bac +2/3 degree in a technical, industrial, or quality field and ideally have at least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the automotive sector.

You master quality and problem-solving tools, notably AMDEC, monitoring plans, and action plans. Knowledge of Core Tools, the IATF standard, and audit methods is an asset.

You are comfortable with office tools and have an elementary level of English.

Rigorous, organized, and autonomous, you possess good analytical and synthesis skills. Your communication skills, ability to work in a team, and customer orientation will be essential to succeed in this position.
