As an IT Software Developer, you are a very important part of our team, because these are your tasks:

Together with the team and the Lead, you develop the required software architecture for logistics projects in production plants. Logistics projects are basically similar, but are nonetheless always different. This allows you to contribute your experience from similar repetitive projects very effectively. However, boredom never arises because every project is different and will challenge your creativity as a software specialist.

You assist in the documentation of the developed software architecture. We use MS Word, Excel, Visio for this purpose.

You program work packages such as communication modules to SAP or D365, Warehouse Controllers for warehouse control, controllers for stacker cranes, conveyor technology, transport robots, Web-Apps, or Mobile Apps. Here, you do not start programming from scratch, but rather use suitable modules from our framework LOMAS.

You fully test the modules you have created against digital twins.

Together with the team, you perform a complete integration test of the entire system. Here too, you will use digital twins, sometimes as software-in-the-loop, sometimes as hardware-in-the-loop solutions.

You install the software remotely on the servers of the production plants and test all interfaces with the coupling partners remotely.

You commission the installed software remotely. Sometimes it is necessary to travel to the customer's factory and commission the software on-site.

If you have sufficient experience, you support users in resolving technical problems.

Qualification

Your profile

It is not very important to us if you find it difficult to assert yourself. Much more important to us is that you are empathetic and work in a structured manner. Furthermore, you meet the following requirements:

You have completed training / a degree in the field of IT Software Development and at least 3 years of professional experience.

You are well-versed in the most common Microsoft programs (Visual Studio, DevOps, SubVersion, Tortoise, GitHub, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), as you have been working with them for several years.

You have routine in handling the TechStack C#.net, MS SQL, ASP.net, Angular, MAUI.

You already have experience in the development of communication services, stored procedures in TSQL, UI development with ASP.NET, Angular, MAUI.

Searching for your own programming errors is not a burden for you, but an incentive to find and eliminate even the last bug. You love clean, structured, and error-free code.

You like to work together with the team and the project manager to develop a clean system and software architecture and to document it.

You write and speak English well.

In the past, your colleagues have thanked you frequently because you very much enjoy supporting the team during bottlenecks. You also enjoy being able to help colleagues and support them with software-related topics.

You are very conscientious and orderly. Thus, you like to double-check your tasks to ensure that you have not made any mistakes.

Patience is your strength, and you demonstrate this to your bosses and colleagues regularly. Even during changes and inquiries, you never lose your composure and are approachable, helpful, and always look for solutions for the success of the entire team.
