Must-have:PythonGitDockerAIWorking StudentRemoteHybrid
About the company
ArtiQuare is building the infrastructure for AI that actually works in production. BSFZ-certified, revenue-generating with active pilots and leads the Munich AI Nexus community for the appliedAI Institute.
We are looking for a Working Student (20h/week) who wants to move beyond "toy agents" and build the core infrastructure for reliable, agentic automation.
Your tasks
Work directly with the founder on high-autonomy production work:
- Build the orchestration layer for multi-agent systems handling real enterprise workflows
- Architect reliability infrastructure that makes LLMs production-ready
- Contribute to funded research projects
This isn't about prototypes—you'll ship code that runs in production.
Requirements
- Python & FastAPI (Strict typing, Pydantic everywhere)
- Local/Sovereign LLMs (LiteLLM for abstraction)
- Vector Search (Qdrant) & Observability (Langfuse and OpenTelemetry)
- Architecture: Deterministic State Machines & Knowledge Graphs
- You know that ‘pip install openai’ is not an AI strategy.
- You want to learn how to build reliable agents that survive in production.
- You care about clean code, Docker, and git.
What we offer
- Remote-first / Munich Hybrid.
- Real path to a full-time role.
- Help build the Second Wave of AI.
- Help shape the Munich AI Nexus community.
