Your Tasks

Play a key role in building and developing the Spine business, contributing to strategy, positioning, and long-term growth

You drive international marketing and market development activities across EMEA, with a strong focus on business growth

Develop and execute commercial strategies to support product launches, portfolio adoption, and market penetration

You act as a clinical, product and market expert, supporting Sales teams, distributors, and key customers across EMEA

Lead Medical Education and onboarding initiatives for surgeons, external and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective portfolio understanding and execution

Your Profile

Several years of experience within orthopedics with main focus on the Spine industry is essential; experience in product management, marketing, or sales is strongly preferred

Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive market development and business growth

You are a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute international go-to-market strategies

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to shape and grow a fast-evolving business area

Fluent in English, additional international experience and German language skills are a plus
