Your mission (if you accept it): N1/N2 On-site Support Technician (M/F) (CDD/CDI) Duration: 4 Months CDD potentially convertible to CDI Location: Val-de-Reuil (27) Work mode: On-site Start date: 01/09/26 Salary range: Between 24K and 25K euros gross annual
We are recruiting immediately an N1/N2 On-site Support Technician (M/F) on a CDI. In this new stage of your career, we offer you the opportunity to work on great missions for one of our clients in Val-de-Reuil (27), where you will have the possibility to perform the following tasks:
For Level 1 and 2 Remote Support:
- Welcome and qualify incidents or user requests,
- Diagnose and process incidents or requests,
- Monitor and close incidents or requests
- Perform a review of ongoing tickets for user incidents or requests
For Level 1 and 2 On-site Support:
- Perform toner replacement in printers
- Diagnose PCs on production lines with the automation team
- Perform cabling activities
- In case of wifi incidents, accompany engineers in the field
- Prepare and install hardware and software equipment
- Test the proper functioning of installed equipment,
- Perform the renewal of PCs and printers in compliance with the client schedule,

The profile we are looking for: You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a challenging environment in a similar position You demonstrate rigor, agility, proactivity, and strong writing skills You have a conversational level of English

Remuneration: 24,000 - 25,000 € (Depending on your expertise)
