Systems and Network Administrator (M/F)

Artemys Normandie, located in Isneauville (near Rouen), is a brand of the Artemys Group. It supports companies, primarily based in Rouen, Caen, and Le Havre, and is currently expanding beyond Normandy by supporting them in their digital transformation.

Our managed services division: A Service Center located in the heart of Isneauville (76) also allows us to deliver 24/7/365 services dedicated to user support and IT infrastructure management.

Your mission (if you accept it): We are currently recruiting a Systems and Network Administrator (M/F). In this new stage of your career, we offer you the opportunity to work on great missions for a major account client located near Le Havre (76), where you will have the possibility to:

• Act as an on-site Administrator and IT referent,
• Be able to diagnose and resolve IT infrastructure incidents (server, networks),
• Escalate and follow up on incident resolution with the relevant departments,
• Be the IT point of contact for publishers and IT service providers,
• Implement and maintain processes and best practices for IT services,
• Participate in global IT infrastructure projects at the site level,
• Communicate regularly with business stakeholders, IT teams, and regional counterparts.

The playground?

• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networks (CISCO), servers (Windows), storage, and cloud technologies,
• Ability to diagnose complex technical problems and implement scalable solutions,
• Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows Server / Microsoft Windows server and client environments,
• Knowledge of security processes and standards (cyber, network, and workstations) in an industrial environment,
• Knowledge of an industrial environment,
• As the position is within an international context, an intermediate level of English is required.

Remuneration: 30,000 - 33,000 € (Depending on your expertise)
