Our 200 airport specialists respond to all the development needs of airport hubs throughout their life cycle and benefit from the multidisciplinary consulting, engineering, and project management resources of the Artelia Group. For decades, Artelia has been involved in the development of major airports (Copenhagen, Paris, Dubai, Beijing, etc.). Today, Artelia supports the airport industry (operators, airlines, general contractors, financial institutions, etc.) in the creation, extension, and modernization of facilities at the heart of and on the periphery of airports. Our Group also actively contributes to the implementation of green airports.
As part of the creation of a complementary position, we are looking for a Bid Manager on a permanent contract (CDI) for our Airport department, which ensures its development in the Americas, Europe, and Francophone Africa. The Airport department has 2 other branches: Dubai and Hong Kong. Within the Commercial Direction, the Bid Manager actively participates in the implementation of the commercial policy, contributing to the development of the company's turnover and, ultimately, its profitability. As part of the strategy defined with management, you will take charge of the following missions: Contribute to bids as a partial or total producer (methodology note, schedule, costing, PAQ, organizational charts, …); Analyze specifications, from the preparation, presentation, and argumentation of bids, to the contractualization of operational and financial conditions. Contribute to compliance with bidding procedures: administrative, technical, financial, and contractual. Participate in the development of new service offerings. Negotiate, conclude, and renew contracts with international partners. Produce files for the various commitment committees and reporting, in accordance with internal procedures. Monitor and analyze the quality and performance indicators of Bids. Work in a highly cross-functional manner with other poles and departments of the Artelia group, worldwide. Ensure commercial intelligence and innovation in the field of bids. Capitalize: Classify and list bids, update libraries, update CRM, … Monitor bids carried out under your responsibility or with your contribution. Your role is central and must enable the development of the Airport department.

With higher education in Literature, Engineering, Transport, or Business, you benefit from a minimum of 8 years of initial experience in projects, pre-sales, and responding to calls for tenders. You know the inner workings of project management (maîtrise d'œuvre). Ease and interpersonal skills and assertiveness will be the keys to your success in establishing healthy and winning relationships with various stakeholders and partners. You are autonomous, rigorous, organized, reactive, and proactive. You never work alone; a good team spirit, great curiosity, and a desire to learn will be your assets for success. Curious, you particularly enjoy working on in-depth files. Mastery of English is a necessity; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Knowledge of public procurement, the airport environment, and the aeronautical sector is a plus.
