Your missions: As an Offshore Structure Engineer, your missions will consist of: Performing sizing calculations for offshore structures (jackets, topsides, modules, foundations, etc.) in compliance with project specifications Designing and optimizing offshore metallic structures, taking into account technical, environmental (wind, waves, corrosion), and economic constraints Performing numerical modeling (finite elements) and defining load cases (storm, fatigue, transport, installation…) Analyzing and interpreting results according to applicable codes and standards (API, DNV, Eurocodes…) Writing calculation notes, technical reports, and justification dossiers Collaborating closely with project teams to integrate structural constraints from the design stage Participating in design reviews and follow-up meetings with internal stakeholders and clients Contributing to technological monitoring (new materials, offshore methods, regulatory evolutions) Participating in the technical animation of the department and the sharing of best practices
Your assets: You are the ideal profile if you have a degree in structural engineering / civil engineering or equivalent level. Your minimum 5 years of experience in metallic structure calculation, ideally in an offshore or industrial environment, will allow you to perform quickly. Good mastery of calculation and modeling software (SACS, SESAM, ANSYS, Abaqus, Robot, or equivalent) Knowledge of offshore standards (DNV, API…) is appreciated Solid skills in structural mechanics and strength of materials Professional English required (international projects) Rigor, analytical spirit, ability to work in a team, and result-oriented mindset You are a rigorous, methodical person with good analytical and synthesis skills. You enjoy teamwork and know how to easily integrate into a group. The application of ISO 9001 Quality and MASE procedures is your daily routine. Ensuring safety on sites and/or at our clients' locations is one of your priorities.
