Your missions: As a Project Manager Engineer, you will work within a human-sized team and your missions will consist of managing and conducting studies within the framework of General Installation projects: Industrial fluid piping, chemical and hydraulic processes, hydraulic calculations, thermal calculations, structure, instrumentation, control-command and operation, … Experience in the field of naval engineering and platform system projects can be a plus: management of functional studies of onboard systems (functional analyses, functional diagrams, specifications, calculations, ...) fluids and safety, electricity-automation, mechanics, … In the preliminary design phase: study and estimate within the framework of investment budgets (CAPEX, OPEX) Be the Client - engineering Interface Perform the synthesis of needs, Take into account legal regulatory and Site requirements, Estimate investment-type budgets with a breakdown by lots (at ± 30%) with identified options and hypotheses, Coordinate studies by specialist engineers (process, electricity, operation, …) Pre-consult and produce summary notes for equipment, Establish the macro planning for realization, Establish Project Meeting Minutes. In the detailed design phase for the tender documents: Manage the Detailed Studies for the realization of the resulting works, Prepare Technical Specifications for the consultation of supplies and works concerning the impacted lots, including qualification tests, Prepare Tender Documents (DCE) Conduct site visits with companies (with technical alignment), Assist in the choice of suppliers (comparative table), Establish the detailed provisional work schedule based on site constraints and company schedules. In the realization phase: Consult and clarify technical data with Companies Supervise the realization Develop and monitor functional, regulatory, and performance test programs.

Your assets: With specialized training as a Generalist Engineer (CENTRALE, ENSAM, ENSTA, INP-GRENOBLE, ENSIC, ENSGTI, INSA…) or equivalent level, you have acquired a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering project management or EPC. You have mastery of cutting-edge technology techniques and an ability to anticipate Technical/Planning issues. Mastery of English is indispensable at the minimum required level, and good mastery of project management tools (project execution plan, schedule, S-curve…). The application of ISO 9001 Quality and MASE procedures is your daily routine. Ensuring safety on sites and/or at our clients' locations is one of your priorities.
