Based at the Saint-Ouen headquarters, our Data Centers Department brings together about ten professionals with complementary expertise: MEP engineers, project managers, and project directors. We manage operations of all sizes, both in new construction and renovation, at the heart of a demanding and constantly evolving technical environment. In this context, you will very regularly be required to communicate in English: a good oral and written level is required. Your role will be to be Responsible for your missions but also to be identified within the service teams as an Expert in your specialty. As part of the autonomous management of the projects entrusted to you, you will:

• Design all installations in your specialty across all project phases, define architectures that correspond to client needs and the project typology, dimension the installations, perform the necessary calculation notes, and describe the selected solutions.

• Organize and control the quality of the production of plans and diagrams of your specialty on your projects.

• Follow the execution of works in connection with the designated companies and clients until the delivery of the installations and ensure the OPR.

• Perform technical audits.

Your skills and technical knowledge will allow you to:

• Monitor the smooth technical and contractual progress of the department's operations in the HVAC specialty and intervene upon request or identified necessity.

• Participate in the definition of deliverables for each phase in compliance with operational budgets and deadlines to be met.

• Participate in the validation of technical choices and concepts proposed by the business managers.

• Participate in the review of files and respect the branch's quality procedure before the distribution of files.

• Participate in operational monitoring by identifying the necessary resources according to the schedule of the various businesses (graphic resources, reinforcement if necessary, ...) and allocated budgets.

• Perform regular reporting to the department manager on operations for your specialty.

• Participate and intervene (internally/externally) in business meetings to defend the interests of the department and the branch.

Your assets If you are an Engineer or hold a Master's degree (BAC+5) specialized in climate engineering, with at least 10 years of experience in a company or a design office on complex projects such as Data Centers or industrial projects, then your profile interests us! Your attraction to technology, your ability to advise, your team spirit, rigor, and agility will be your assets to succeed in this position. Proficiency in written and conversational English is required. IT skills: Pack office, 3D REVIT navigation, knowledge of Autocad, knowledge of thermal software and LCA. Regulatory knowledge: Law, standards, regulations of the HVAC specialty.
