Your team: Artelia's "Regulatory and Environmental Support" pole is responsible for missions in the environmental field that cover the entire project life cycle, from upstream studies to monitoring their proper implementation on the ground (field inventories and measurements, regulatory studies, environmental impact studies, biodiversity studies, environmental management plans, industrial risk studies, studies related to climate change, site monitoring, etc.) for projects in France, serving public clients (large project owners) and private clients. The missions handled can be standalone or associated with projects developed by our other engineering teams, particularly electrical infrastructure projects, renewable energy production (solar, wind, hydrogen, hydroelectricity), hydraulic, maritime, linear infrastructure, and industrial installations and urban development.
Your missions: To successfully carry out the projects entrusted to you, you will coordinate multidisciplinary project teams of engineers and experts in France, from our technical teams; you will manage subcontractors, coordinate co-contractors, and participate fully in the production and supervision of our deliverables. You will also be involved in the commercial approach in France for the Environment Branch, and in this context, you will be responsible for preparing offers, following up with clients and partners, developing your network, and a portion of the commercial development of your activity with our clients and partners. Ethics and ESG aspects are particularly important in our commercial development; we are committed to creating environmental added value on our projects. The position is a CDI (permanent contract) and is based in Echirolles (38) or Lyon (69), depending on your preference.
With a higher education degree of Bac+5 (Engineering School or University training), you have significant experience of at least 10 years in engineering or with a Project Owner. You have worked in a French regulatory context as well as within different types of projects (development, infrastructure, energy, industrial...). You demonstrate a keen sense of initiative, real interpersonal skills, and commercial know-how, combined with rigor and the ability to synthesize and analyze. English proficiency is essential (oral and written) to interact with our English-speaking clients. You never work alone; a good team spirit, the ability to maintain perspective in your missions, great curiosity, and a sense of sharing and helping your colleagues will be your assets for success.
