Project Manager Dams and Hydroelectricity

Your missions: Lead the response to public and private calls for tenders, Provide technical supervision to team engineers to help them develop their skills, Be the guarantor of the contractual and financial aspects of projects, Design and dimension hydraulic structures, dams, and hydroelectric developments, Perform and coordinate studies (pre-feasibility, feasibility, APS, APD stages), preparation of DAO, Participate in and ensure the management of construction supervision activities: review of execution studies, construction monitoring, acceptance, and commissioning of dams and hydroelectric developments, Intervene occasionally on-site (dams, plants) for structure inspections, expertise, and regulatory studies, Contribute to strengthening the team's technical framework, tools, and methods, Coordinate multidisciplinary internal technical teams, Provide technical supervision to engineers to help them develop their skills. Your team: The Dams and Hydroelectricity activity currently consists of about one hundred people, across all skill sets, working daily on large-scale projects from the design stage through to construction monitoring. The activity operates mainly in the development of hydroelectric projects internationally, but also in the monitoring and rehabilitation of the existing dam fleet in France.
Your assets: Holding a Master's degree (BAC+5), you have acquired a minimum of 10 years of experience in a design office on similar missions (hydroelectricity, hydraulic structures). Proficiency in English is necessary given the international context of the projects. A driving license (Permis B) is required for site visits. Your technical rigor, your capacity for analysis and synthesis will be assets for this position. You never work alone; a good team spirit, the ability to maintain perspective in your missions, great curiosity, and a sense of sharing and mutual aid with your colleagues will be your assets for success.
