AMO Project Manager – Large-Scale Industrial Building Projects

Your team: You will join the Division in charge of Large Projects and Complex Systems for the industry, nuclear, and defense sectors. Reporting to the AMO Industry and Defense Business Director, you will join a team specialized in project management assistance (AMO) for complex industrial projects. The team provides strategic and operational support to clients on operations with high technical, financial, and organizational stakes. It operates in a collaborative mode with regular exchanges and a strong spirit of mutual aid. You will evolve in a stimulating environment, at the heart of large-scale industrial projects, in direct interface with clients, project management teams (MOE), and companies.
Your missions As an AMO Project Manager, you will support clients in the global management of their industrial projects, from the upstream phase to commissioning. In this capacity, your main missions consist of: Assisting the client in defining needs, objectives, and implementation strategies Managing operations as an AMO, guaranteeing compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, and risks Coordinating all stakeholders (MOE, companies, design offices, operators...) Structuring and managing consultations and tenders (MOE, works, associated services) Monitoring design studies and ensuring their adequacy with the program and client expectations Ensuring the contractual, financial, and scheduling management of operations Leading project governance bodies (COPIL, technical committees, project reviews) Supporting the client in strategic decision-making Providing regular and concise reporting to decision-makers You will intervene notably on industrial projects (up to more than €50M), such as: industrial installations integrating production or logistics equipment sensitive environments (clean rooms, defense, specific industrial processes) construction or rehabilitation projects
Your assets With an engineering background (Master's degree or equivalent), you have significant experience of at least 5 years in project management (MOE) and the management of industrial building projects. You possess the following skills: Good technical knowledge in industrial buildings (GC, structure, fluids and/or electricity) Proven experience in building project management, ideally in an industrial environment Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and unite them around a common goal Very good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders (clients, partners, internal teams) Analytical capacity, decision-making, and ability to resolve complex issues Proficiency in English in a professional context Beyond your technical skills, you are recognized for your team spirit, leadership, and sense of responsibility. Your ability to maintain perspective, anticipate challenges, and support collective success will be essential to succeeding in this position.
