Your mission
Dynamize and develop our flagship events and our AI ecosystems by ensuring a central role in coordination and public relations/international affairs.
Adopt AI is a leading global summit on AI adoption. Held in December at the Grand Palais, it is the culmination of 9 years of expertise and brings together all our AI verticals: AI for Health, AI for Finance, AI for Industry, and many others.
Your missions & challenges
Public relations, international & contact development
Regular monitoring of the various entities in our ecosystem (institutions, companies, experts, media)
Identification and research of new strategic contacts
Drafting of personalized invitations and outreach
Updating and enriching our working documents and databases
Drafting of communication elements (posts, newsletters, briefs, presentation materials)
Creation of a mapping of our contacts & stakeholders abroad
Project management & cross-functional
Support for the organization of our events throughout the year
Monitoring the action plan, participating in steering committees, tracking materials, logistical support
Assisting in the drafting of strategic notes following the organization of various brainstorming workshops
Contribution to managing relations with our partners (large groups, startups, institutions)
Monitoring and updating shared working tools and documents
Your profile
Student in final year of a Master's degree / Master 2 (Bac+4 accepted depending on profile)
Training in a business, management, or engineering school with a strong focus on project management: HEC Paris, ESSEC, ESCP Business School, EM Lyon, Centrale Paris / CentraleSupélec, SKEMA, IAE Paris-Sorbonne, Paris Dauphine — PSL
Appetite for AI, innovation, and events
Knowledge of the AI ecosystem is appreciated
First experience in project management or events is welcome
Mastery of English is mandatory

Interest in events, institutional communication, and community management
Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, professional language
Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling
