Your Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily Construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Act as the primary technical advisor on-site, resolving complex Civil Engineering challenges in real-time. Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders to maintain seamless communication and workflow. Implement rigorous Quality Control and Safety Management (HSE) protocols to protect our team and the integrity of the build. Prepare detailed Technical Reporting and progress updates for senior management. Experience: A proven track record of 3-5 years in site management or civil engineering roles. Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Civil Engineering , Engineering principles, and Construction methodologies. Software Skills: Expert-level command of AutoCAD and project scheduling tools. Leadership: Demonstrated ability in Site Supervision , Resource Allocation , and managing diverse teams on-site. Analytical Skills: Strong background in Structural Analysis and Surveying to ensure architectural precision. Communication: Exceptional Technical Reporting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
