Bilingual Portuguese / English Project Manager (M/F)

Reporting to the management, you will take charge of the complete management of our event projects, from initial design to the final review. This position requires daily collaboration with international partners. A bilingual level in Portuguese and English is imperative. Your Main missions: Analyze the client brief and design the artistic and technical strategy of the event. Develop and manage the provisional budget. Coordinate service providers, suppliers, and technical teams on the ground (in France and abroad). Ensure logistical follow-up (registrations, venues, security, catering). Evaluate client satisfaction and conduct the post-event review. Mastery of budget management, excellent interpersonal skills, sense of organization, and reactivity to unforeseen circumstances.
