🛡️ SOC OPERATOR Asia Pacific Security Operations Centre (APSOC)
- 📍 Location: Singapore
- 💰 Salary: S$4,000 – S$4,500 / month
🕒 Shift Details:
12-hour rotating shifts
- 🌞 Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 🌙 Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 📅 20 working days / month 4–5 working days per week Rotating off days
📋 Requirements:
- ✅ Valid Security License (SSO Rank)
- ✅ Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Security Operations / Command Centre role
- ✅ Prior Control Room experience is essential
- ✅ Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, GPS & Alarm Systems
- ✅ Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- ✅ Strong communication and incident reporting skills
- ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ✅ Able to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
- ✅ Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- ✅ Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- ✅ Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
🔐 Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV, access control, GPS tracking and alarm systems
- Detect, assess, escalate and respond to security incidents
- Respond to emergencies, crises and alarm activations
- Monitor security intelligence and identify potential threats
- Conduct investigations and information gathering when required
- Maintain accurate incident logs and operational reports
- Support emergency response and evacuation activities
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, Post Orders and security protocols
- Support client-specific security operations
