Procurement Manager (M/F)

What if your daily life was at the heart of the flows between suppliers and Production?

Reporting to the Purchasing Director and integrated into a team of about ten people, you will contribute, at the heart of the supply chain, to the availability of the right components at the right time to meet the needs of Production.

On a daily basis, you will be required to:

• Analyze needs arising from the ERP and process purchase requests accordingly
• Follow up on orders: follow up with suppliers, anticipate potential discrepancies to secure lead times
• Negotiate with suppliers to adjust delivery dates to the needs of Production
• Anticipate future needs by proposing purchase orders in advance
• Ensure the interface between suppliers, Purchasing, Logistics, and Production, by reporting situations likely to disrupt supplies
• Collaborate closely with the buyer in monitoring files and, occasionally, in consulting new suppliers
• Manage inventories of stocks held at supplier sites

Your profile: You have a background in logistics management and/or have significant experience of 5 to 10 years in an industrial environment. You master:

• Supply Chain and procurement principles
• English, both written and spoken
• The use of an ERP
