About the job:
The Intern will have the opportunity to work in the Engineering area within the pumps and compressors segment, gaining experience in the sales and customer service area.
Responsibilities and duties:
Contact customers to obtain technical data;
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals under the supervision of the responsible engineer.
Supervised monitoring of products.
Technical support for customers regarding our products such as: pump, electric motor, and frequency inverter.
Perform sales of parts and services.
Technical support to customers for clarification regarding corrective and/or predictive maintenance.
Monitoring of pump tests in our factory.
Field visits to accompany Start-Up alongside our engineers.
Requirements and qualifications:
Preferably studying Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and/or Refrigeration (HVAC).
Advanced/Intermediate English.
Intermediate knowledge of: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Organizational and time management skills.
Communication skills.
Continuous interest in educational development and internal training on products and solutions.
